From 01/01/2026 to 3/10/2026 Fire Departments have reported a cost of $389,452.89 for wildfire suppression in Texas. This cost goes towards the statewide FEMA threshold of $8.4 million that we must meet before anyone in Texas is eligible for FEMA funding after a disaster. This threshold starts over every January 1, so all wildfire reports you enter are greatly appreciated and could help you and your neighbor should disaster strike.
